Samaan Pantry is a pantry tracker for one desi kitchen. If something is broken, missing, or unclear, email haaris@samantechnologies.com. A person reads it.

The loop

See what's low. Add it to a list. Shop. Mark it bought. The pantry updates. That is the whole product.

• Flag as low on an item sets the quantity that counts as running out. The Reorder tab lists those items. It does not send a notification.
• Mark bought on a shopping list restocks the matching pantry item.
• Recipes exist to drop ingredients onto a list. They are not a cookbook.

Account

• Sign in with the email you used to create the account.
• Forgot password is on the sign-in screen. We email a reset link. Check spam if it does not arrive in a minute.
• Delete your account from Settings inside the app. That removes your pantry data. You can also email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Sync and devices

Samaan is iPhone-only. Your pantry syncs to the signed-in account, so a reinstall on the same Apple ID should come back after the first sync. If a deleted item returns, force-quit and open the app once more so the delete can finish uploading.

Subscriptions

Paid features go through Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Restore Purchases is in the app paywall. Billing questions that Apple owns, Apple has to answer.
